This place suits me perfectly, offering wi-fi, a poolside snack bar, and great service. I remember my first stay when staff helped with my heavy baggage. I’ll be back for Christmas!

The tropical grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a serene atmosphere. The multiple dining options, particularly the dinner buffet, were delightful and added variety to our stay.

Sadly, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately, making for an uncomfortable night. Additionally, the pool was uninvitingly dirty, detracting from the appeal of the amenities.

The pool area was super relaxing and we enjoyed some time in the jacuzzi while overlooking Samal Island. Just a heads up, the room could use some updating, but it didn’t dampen our overall great experience! 😊

The Premium Double room had a lovely pool view and plenty of space. WiFi coverage outside the lobby was poor, which was frustrating. The dinner buffet was fantastic with a great variety. They also offered karaoke for evening entertainment, which was fun.

Our stay was marred by outdated facilities and inadequate service. The pool was not well-maintained, and the air conditioning in our room failed twice. However, the staff were friendly and did address some of our concerns promptly.

We enjoyed the large rooms and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The beach front was a nice escape. Don't miss the snack buffet at the café. their chicken fajitas and ube donuts are a must-try! The hotel's proximity to malls is a huge bonus for exploring local cuisine.

One downside was the lack of elevators, which made carrying our luggage up to the third floor a bit uncomfortable.
